WisCaregiver Careers is a free program to train and reward caring individuals who wish to pursue careers in health care. Caregiver careers are in-demand, and anyone can sign up for training no matter the individual’s age or work experience.
The Certified Direct Care Professional (CDCP) Program prepares individuals to provide personal care and supportive home care duties while creating several career pathway options. Watch this short video to learn more about the program.

Training Is Available for Your Current Employees

Your current employees can also take the 30-hour, online CDCP training, gain critical knowledge in 14 core competencies, and earn bonuses of up to $500 at no cost to you. All the employer needs to do is register as an eligible provider on WisCaregiver Connections.
Employers Get First Access to New Caregivers! - Find certified caregivers to fill open positions. As a WCCEAL benefit your ALCs can be automatically registered and pre-qualified.
We would like to invite each of you to join WisCaregiver Connections. This is a no-cost solution for home and community-based services (HCBS) providers and workers! WisCaregiver Connections is a free online platform specifically created to connect certified workers with eligible providers. As an employer, you have exclusive access to trained direct care workers, and direct care workers can easily find your open positions.
