Welcome to the Wisconsin Nursing Home Infection Prevention Program (WiNIPP) Antibiotic Tracking & Reporting Resources for nursing home infection preventionists. The purpose of these resources is to provide facilities with the tools necessary to track and report antibiotic use and antibiotic-related outcomes, which is the foundation of an effective nursing home antibiotic stewardship program.
Access to the Antibiotic Surveillance Core Measures for Wisconsin Nursing Homes and the Wisconsin Line List & Reporting Tool are accessible to those participating in the Wisconsin Nursing Home Qualitive Collaborative (WI-NHQC) Year 1 Cohort. If you are a member, please login below.

WiNIPP has developed resources intended to help nursing homes implement the Antibiotic Surveillance Core Measures for Wisconsin Nursing Homes, developed in collaboration with the Wisconsin Healthcare-Associated Infections in Long-Term Care Coalition.
The Wisconsin Line List & Reporting Tool, developed by WiNIPP, is an Excel-based tool that allows nursing homes to document antibiotic use and outcomes, and generates tables and graphs related to the antibiotic core measures and facility infections. The WI Line List can also function as the NH infection line list thus consolidating resident infection tracking and antibiotic utilization in one tool.
